Looking to start a movement practice? There are 3 things you should really keep in mind. You’re going to need consistency, attention, and variety.
You need to be consistent. Do something everyday, otherwise you won’t make progress.
You need to be attentive or won’t build good movement habits and will instead re-enforce poor movement habits.
And lastly you need variety. If you’re doing the same movement day in and day out, you’re not exposing your body to all the stimulation it needs.
