The squat is a core human movement that everyone should be able to perform. Ideally you should be able to do fully squat, with your butt almost touching the ground, your heels on the ground, and your back straight.

Most of us can’t do that any more because of chairs. But you can reverse this problem.

I’ll cover the key points to evaluate your squat and offer some tips on improving your range of motion over time.
