The exercises are ordered from the simplest to the most complex. The last exercise is actually very challenging. If you’re just starting out you may need some time to work up to it.
You can work all of these exercises every day a little here and a little there. Spread them out throughout the day or string ’em together into an all-out ab workout. Consistency is key. But since these aren’t strictly ab exercises, you’re whole body will get a workout.
Beyond just being core exercises, these are all foundational movements that can be built into more complex movements. If you get a good handle on these movements, you’ll be in good shape to pick up the more complex stuff.
