This week’s Movement Monday Combo is pretty straightforward. It’s three movements and minimal equipment needed.
The Movement Combo
20-yard push-pull crawl
2×4 Balance Walk
Repeat the whole combo 5 times
You’ll need some kind of weight like a sandbag and a 2×4.
In the video, I turn around during the push-pull crawl. That was just so I’d stay in the video. You can just crawl straight through if you have the room. If you want to make the balance walk harder take the weight with you. Feel free to repeat the combo up to 10 times if you’re feeling good.
