This series uses ground movements to progressively challenge your core stabilization. There’s no equipment for this workout and you don’t need much space either.

This natural movement workout focuses on ground movements that transition you from the floor to standing. This is a great warm-up for a more challenging workout or just a good way to get some more full spectrum movement into your day!
