It’s Monday! Time for a new movement combo. I’m going to make this one just a touch more complex than the first one. Don’t worry though, you’re still picking up heavy stuff!

3 Get-Ups (use whatever weight you like)
Balanced carry across narrow platform (I like a 2×4)
5 Push Presses
Repeat this sequence 10 times. Remember to alternate sides every time through on the get-ups!
Keep in mind that you need to pick a weight that you can both do a get-up with and also push press!
