Ground Movement Series – Hip Bridge Workout

This ground movement series edition is a workout built around the hip bridge, aka glute bridge. Tight, weak hips can lead to lot’s of aches and pains not to mention poor movement ability. I’ve put together a quick workout you can do to regain strength and control over this under appreciated area of your body.
