New month, new challenge. It’s October already! Last month I tried limiting my caffeine. This month I’m going back to something movement related. Ok, maybe not movement so much as stretching.
Tight feet and lower legs are kind of a problem. It’s surprising how much tightness in these two spots can really influence the entire body. So the goal this month is to stretch my feet and lower legs every day for 15 minutes or so.
I’m hoping that by the end of the month I will have made a noticeable difference in the tightness that I regularly carry in my feet and lower legs. With regular focused stretching, I should improve my range of motion over the long term.
