Keeping it simple this week. We’re just going to do some basic crawling. Nothing fancy here, just some good foundational crawling work. Crawling is handy because it helps teach you to stabilize your core.
August 13, 2018 Movement Combo
10-yard Hand-knee or hand-foot crawl (your choice as your conditioning allows)
2 tripod transitions on each side ending in an inverted crawl position
10-yard inverted crawl back to start point
Repeat combo 10 times, rest between sets if needed otherwise knock it all out straight through
Remember quality movement is paramount!
