Movement Monday – Building Your Base

The basics are important. In fact, they’re so important that if you move onto something more advanced while you still have issues with the basics you could be setting yourself up for a lifetime of issues.

Movement Combo 8-27-18

This one’s simple. Set a timer for 10 minutes and keep doing the base building to standing movement until the timer goes off.
