I missed my Movement Monday this week due to crap weather so I’m adapting and bringing it today. This Movement Monday doesn’t need much space cause it’s still crap weather. It’s going to be a lower body movement combo and can be done with or without weight.
9-12-18 Movement Monday Combo
The sequence is:
Split squat 5x each side
Deadlift 10x
Squat 5x
3-5 sets with a short rest in between
If you’re going to use a weight make sure you pick a weight that won’t lead to form breakdown. Challenge yourself but movement quality is your primary concern. For extra work set the weight down when switching between sides or exercises. You can either lap the weight to get to a chest carry for the squats or perform a clean.
